We are pleased to announce that Finnair (AY) and °ÄÃÅÈýФÈýÂë plan to make the airline’s NDC content available through the °ÄÃÅÈýФÈýÂë travel marketplace later this year.

Finnair plans to activate global markets in phases, and we will share more detail about market activations closer to launch. °ÄÃÅÈýФÈýÂë-connected agencies and developer partners will be able to access Finnair’s NDC content using the °ÄÃÅÈýФÈýÂë Offer and Order APIs, agency point of sale solution, °ÄÃÅÈýФÈýÂë Red 360, and online booking tool, GetThere.

We’re particularly excited about our implementation work. As a long-standing partner of our Beyond NDC program, Finnair has been collaborating with °ÄÃÅÈýФÈýÂë on the distribution of its NDC content for some time. Earlier this year, °ÄÃÅÈýФÈýÂë and Finnair successfully completed an NDC pilot with select agencies in Finland and Denmark. The integration with the °ÄÃÅÈýФÈýÂë marketplace will enable Finnair to distribute its NDC content consistently and efficiently to third party travel sellers. The °ÄÃÅÈýФÈýÂë NDC capabilities support well-established agency operational workflows. Finnair joins other airlines, including Qantas, Singapore Airlines and Qatar Airways, that already make their NDC content available through °ÄÃÅÈýФÈýÂë and are advancing the adoption of offer and order-based travel retailing.
